ADMISSION APPLICATION

Application Form :

Application form should be submitted to Universiti Teknologi Malaysia at least 4 months before the beginning of the semester to the following address:

Negeri Johor Darul Ta'zim,
Malaysia.

The Following documents/Items must be submitted with your application. All documents must be certified:
  • A Copy of your birth certificate
  • A Copy of the front page of your passport
  • A Copy of your certificates/diploma/degree and transcripts
  • A letter of verification from your sponsor's bank - if applicable
  • Processing Fees - A processinge fee of RM80.00/USD20.00 must be submitted with your application, made payable to Bendahari Univeristi Teknologi Malaysia.
